“Partridge in a Snowy Pear Tree”

This shot is pure frosting.

YOU’LL NEED:

1 oz. Pear Schnapps

1/2 oz. heavy cream

Dash of Cinnamon

Cinnamon Stick

TO DO IT:

Combine everything but the cinnamon stick in an iced shaker. Shake that shaker. Pour into a shot glass and garnish with the stick. Now you’re ready to see Hugo!
